[RP TownTalk] Roadway Surface

The road that is in front of the former NOAA building is extremely torn up.  I'm concerned that it may cause some serious damage to peoples' cars especially if they're driving at night because that section of the road is really not lighted.
If there someone we can talk to about repairing this road?
