For those that haven't gotten to your copy of the Wall Street Journal 
yet today <g> "Our" Chief Chambers featured in an article page D1, "New 
Programs Put Crime Stats on the Map" in the WSJ.

They did overlook the fact that when Chief Chambers first put Riverdale 
Park "on the map" there were few other cities involved and none in 
Maryland. Sure makes Riverdale Park look good.
