[RP TownTalk] Looking for a RM to rent

Hi everyone,

A colleague of mine is looking for a room to rent. His name is Brian and he is an environmental educator - so if you know anything about the non-profit world and environmental education, you will immediately know that Brian is a great guy, but also has limited income.

He can afford a great maximum of $600/m (utilities included). I would also prefer to be inside the beltway, or close to it. He owns a car, so proximity to metro would be nice, but not required. We work near the navy yard, so proximity to the I295 corridor would be a plus.

The big condition for Brian is to be able to move with his indoor-only cat. They are very attached and finding a home that can accommodate that request is a necessity.

He also loves to play disc-golf, so proximity to the Paint Branch Parkway Community Park Disc Golf would be fantastic.

Additionally, I would like to add that if I had a room to rent, Brian would have it because he is a great guy and I would trust him with my 3 kids. We unfortunately are already stuffed in my house.

He is looking to move at the end of this month.
