[RP TownTalk] F4 bus detour

the F4 buses *do* go straight on Queensbury when traveling eastbound,
crossing over to Riverdale Rd on 48th Street -- only the westbound
buses come up Riverdale Rd to Lafeyette, and then turn left onto
Queensbury and over tracks.

this has puzzled me since the day of the accident (which i didn't
see). the description in the news that i saw indicated that the
eastbound bus was trying to turn right while the westbound bus was
trying to turn left. i can see that a westbound bus turning left
would block the path of the eastbound bus - that much makes sense. but
not because the eastbound bus would be trying turn onto Lafayette.

for the record, unlike the F4 Metro buses, the shorter "The Bus" buses
go both directions on Lafayette.
