[RP TownTalk] Sunday Arts Festival - rain or shine?

Hey Everybody - Yes we will have the 
Art Fest rain or shine.  We will all put
on our "Rubber Ducky" boots, 
raincoats & umbrellas - come out & 
play - Tents will cover the food eating
table/chairs, tent will cover the seating
for listening to the music. 
 
The Elephant Gallery is inside. The 
theater performance is inside Jemal's
empty building.  Maybe somebody 
can dance around the telephone pole
with a microphone doing Singing In 
The Rain song from way back.  See
you at the Arts Fest!!!!!!!  We can 
still have fun!!!!!!!

forecast  of possible rain that day.  Didn't see it on the festival website,
