[RP TownTalk] ArtsFest update: Staying dry under the bridge

No need to change those plans due to the weather.  The food vendors
and music stage, Chris' railroad tent and a few other things have
moved under the bridge - Arts & Crafts vendors are setting up close by
there. So come on out and have a good time at today's 2nd Annual
ArtsFest, 11 p.m. - 6 p.m.
