[RP TownTalk] Keeping our parks

Maybe we could use some of the $900,400.00 dollars allotted for "Planed programs" in the town budget to launch an anti litter campaign.

Thank you Emily.  You are one person in town who not only comes up with a suggestion, but follow up as to how to get it done and you are always willing to work on it.  We need to clone you!  Great idea.
