[RP TownTalk] Riverdale Park Boys and Girls Club Building

On a completely unrelated note to overcrowding, I noticed that someone tagged (sprayed graffiti) the back of the Riverdale Park Boys and Girls Club Building (on 51st Ave).  I called the RP police over a week ago and informed them of this fact.  The officer I spoke to thought that it would be a MNCPPC issue because of the fact that it sits adjacent to the park, but offered to call MNCPPC and ask for it to be taken care of.
The graffiti is still there.  Who is responsible for this property?
