[RP TownTalk] Plastic recycling now includes #7!

Thanks to Jim Groves over on the Hyattsville Wiki, I just learned that
PG County recycling now includes plastics numbered 1 through 7.

Here's a description of the #7 category (includes large plastic jugs,
DVD cases, sunglasses, et al (a real mish-mash of a category!):
