[RP TownTalk] Peacock Botanicals

the Veterans Memorial Christmas tree needs a star on top. We used the 
decorations we had available, but we don't have a star. If someone in the town 
has a lighted star they would like to lent the Christmas tree it would be 
greatly appreciated.
