[RP TownTalk] Has anybody wandered out?

My husband Vernon was out early today and the roads were very slippery.  He drove around this afternoon and noted a big difference with the roads which appear to be in much better shape.  As soon as the temps drop tomorrow the roads will be mess all over again!
