[RP TownTalk] Has anybody wandered out?

 I wasn't out myself, but Sarah drove home from BWI last night at ~3am and
said it was ice all the way down.  She drove at 20 mph (or less) and made it
home; everyone who passed her ended up in a ditch.  I think she would
recommend staying home unless you have a really good reason to go out.
