[RP TownTalk] Chef's Apprentice at Riversdale

Riversdale is continuing the Hands-on History apprenticeship series with
the Chef's Apprentice program on Friday, February 12, a day off from
school. Do you have a child that has been smitten with cooking since
their Fisher Price kitchen and fake food set or loved baking since their
first Easy Bake oven? This is the program for them! Open to children
ages 8-12, participants will cook an entire meal using 19th century
equipment and recipes. By the end, they'll be excited about cooking a
meal for you (or maybe just a bit more enthusiastic about helping set
the dinner table)! The cost is $15 for Prince George's & Montgomery
County residents and $18 for non-residents. Flyers went out all local
schools at the beginning of the week, so keep an eye on those take-home
