[RP TownTalk] Chips & Deli

I'll second that. I've had a couple of utterly delicious sandwiches from
"Chips & Deli". For what it's worth, the lunch crowd during the week seems
to be catching on to what a find this place is. My only complaint is that I
wish they had more seating.
