[RP TownTalk] Nets at the Field of Dreams were up again

Why is the town having such a hard time communicating that this is a critical 
situation to this soccer group?
We need to have the rules for using the field posted  and fines imposed for 
violators. 

I would think some one in the town government knows the schedule of the users of 
the field.  If not the town  should get a schedule.
Then who ever leaves the nets up can be sent a ticket, just like it is with the 
speed camera.

When I drove by this morning  at 8:30am, the nets at the Field of Dreams were 
up.  Clearly, the system in place to ensure compliance is not yet working.
