There's an upside to Patch. It's called visibility. Folks surfing the web may be looking for a place to live, a good restaurant, a historic site to visit, a place to go bike riding, a place to have a cookout, a baseball field, or a place to play soccer. All of these can be found in Riverdale among others. More people mean more economic viability and perhaps, dare I say it, something positive happening in the Town Center. You can worrying about "for profit organizations" using public resources or you can think about how they may benefit Riverdale and take advantage of it. I prefer the later.
