LOL!!! Maybe we could capitalize on this and have a festival of some sort?  I mean, in Fruita, Colorado, they DO have a Mike the Headless Chicken Day.  In Hinkley, Ohio, they have celebrations to welcome the buzzards that come back to town each year (the buzzards are alive, though).  Perhaps incorporate a chicken into the town seal?   Ok, I'll go away now, I'm getting silly....
