[RP TownTalk] Dead Rooster on the Tracks

I guess some of you didn't understand my last email.  The reason that dead
chickens are being dumped on the railroad tracks is below.  

 

Put more plainly, no one cares.

The dead chickens and roosters in bags are put ther as part of a religous

I mean, in Fruita, Colorado, they DO have a Mike the Headless Chicken Day.
In Hinkley, Ohio, they have celebrations to welcome the buzzards that come
back to town each year (the buzzards are alive, though).  Perhaps
incorporate a chicken into the town seal?   Ok, I'll go away now, I'm
getting silly....
