[RP TownTalk] stray cats - question

Isn't there some cat rescue in Maryland called "Rude Ranch Rescue," something 
like that?  I'm sure one or more of these places could give some good advice; 
but continual feeding of hundreds of cats doesn't seem to be the best solution.

Instead of saying don't do this or that - 
get Alley Cats involved to handle this
in the proper manner....they are the 
spay/neuter/etc/return experts.  We
do not want to hurt kids or the cats.
Riverdale has always had a big rat
problem & cats solve that.  So let
Alley Cats do the advising & if we
all pitch in & help, we should be
able to come up with the best 
solution for all.  I think Alley Cats
are close by Riverdale.
