[RP TownTalk] Fwd: Speed Cameras in College Park

Lisa, from the reports I've seen it's evident that people quickly learn
where the cameras are and become law-abiding drivers in that immediate
location. But you can see people speed up immediately upon leaving the
camera's gaze.  So I guess the answer to your question depends on your
definition of "law breaking" ;-)
