[RP TownTalk] Dog Park, Old Club House and Proposed Field...

Melissa (and all TownTalkers) -

My charge as moderator is really qujte limited: to make sure that
everyone who posts a message to the list follows a couple of basic and
essential rules: That they identify themselves so that readers know
who they are; that they refrain from electioneering for political
candidates; and that they refrain from personal, ad hominem attacks.

While it is certainly true, I confess, that from time to time the
former schoolteacher in me has started to pick up the red pen and
scribble comments in the margin, and/or make grammatical and spelling
corrections, or occasionally even suggest alternative lines of
argument, I have, thus far at least, been able to catch myself in
time, drop the red pen, and refer back to my original charge.

And I am confident that if you think about it, you'll really and truly
appreciate that that is not only the way it is, but should be! :-)
