[RP TownTalk] Halloween Photo Contest

Happy "Almost" Halloween.

I just wanted to let you all know that I'm collecting photos for Halloween
for Patch. I know some neighbors have started their own decoration battles
and some of you all have come up with creative costume ideas. So we're
looking for any photos to feature on your site. Please send me your
submissions at sonia at patch.com by Oct. 31st at 10 p.m.

We'll announce a winner on Nov. 1 and there will be a prize. Details are
