[RP TownTalk] (no subject)

I am concerned about something I read in the Gazette yesterday regarding the Cafritz property. It refers to the Carfitz development as being the new town center.
Can anyone shed lite on that?

Does anyone out there have the link to the Cafritz Development plan?  I heard it was available Dec 1.

I think the developers have done their best to express the potential benefits of this project. If you still aren't sure of them, someone can probably refer you to a Washington Post article that did a decent job at it. Whereas I'm sure the town council is well aware of the developers perspective.

So I think it is rather pointless at this point to "demand" proof of success. Nothin can be proven. And frankly I'm sick of having statistics thrown in my face from both the pro and con sides.

At this point I think it best to put the issue to rest in our forum and let the mayor, council, and board do their job.
