[RP TownTalk] Cafritz and the County: Sweetheart Tax Deal?

Dear Kate,

That *would* be wrong, but it isn't clear to me (and other members of the
Town Council) that the proposed legislation would work the way you describe.

I'll be working with the Town Attorney and our State Delegation to make
sure we understand the possible impacts of this legislation before we vote
on the Cafritz rezoning.
