[RP TownTalk] Cafritz continuance

Many thanks to you, Vernon, and the entire council and town staff for all
your due diligence and steadfastness on this. I know I speak for many in
our town in saying we'd like to see this done but it's more important that
it be done right. Ultimately the Cafritzes will be grateful too, as they
will end up with a much better  development than they otherwise would have
had.
