Happy New Year to all,

If after the New Years Eve festivities you are up by 8 am on New Years 
Day - there will be a special Pilates class given by Milt Pugh at 9 am 
on January 1, 2012.
 
Yoga Space's 13 week Winter Session begins January 2, 2012. This session 
we have added a new Yoga For Kids class for ages  4-6 (Mondays from 5:00 
to 5:45pm.) For details about Yoga for Kids, please e-mail Julia
