[RP TownTalk] more openings at the Arts District Shops on Rt 1

I live on Queensbury not far from tracks........ And I have had my eyes closed and imagining for over 10 years now.......I am frustrated with the lack of interest the owner(s) of the town center seem to have for bringing our area up and coming like the arts district. I love living in Riverdale, the old houses the history...... I would love to see it transformed like I know it can be.
