[RP TownTalk] found cell phone

I found a ringing Verizon cell phone on Halloween night  at the corner
of 48th and Ravenswood on the ground. I gave it to a Riverdale Park
Police officer. If it's yours, you may want to call the non-emergency
number for the police department at 301-927-4343 to claim it. It's a
rather distinctive color with some stickers, so if you can describe
it, chances are it's yours!
