[RP TownTalk] Carfritz Proposal, Please Support This

I couldn't disagree more on this point. The only way those buildings will
get rented will be to increase traffic flow. I'm shocked that you are so
against the very thing that would increase the likelihood of your retail
spaces being rented. One other point that I kind of agree with would be to
cut truck access on Rhode Island going South from the industrial area and
move it over the RR tracks to the North, when built. This would make the
Town center a more desirable place to park and shop also.
