[RP TownTalk] Broken window - when will it be fixed?

Bruce, as a property owner/lessor I trust you can answer what seems like the
obvious question here. First, I'm assuming this window was broken during
the hurricane-related storm? A so-called "Act of God" event? That is, it was
not caused by an act of carelessness of the occupants or their guests. If
that's not the situation, then my question is moot. But if that is the case,
is it not the landlord's responsibility to fix that? (I realize it may be
dealt with in the terms of the lease - I'm just asking about what standard
operating procedure would be in the case of a rented building). Seems to me
it would be, but that's just me talking off the top of my head. Thanks!
