[RP TownTalk] What grocery store?

I noted, while I was at the county council hearing on Wed.  the Cafritz/ MUTC rezoning  presentation  no longer used the  term "Whole Foods" .We are now hearing that "a grocery store" will be located in the new Cafritz town center. Quoting the latest pamphlet from Cafritz LLC, "which will be reminiscent of old Riverdale's Town Center".
Has anyone heard what the new grocery store will be?
