Please find below the link to the historic preservation survey on the 13.707
acre parcel known as the ERCO building.  To put the size into perspective
keep in mind the Cafritz property across the CSX tracks is ~37.35 which is
virtually the same size as the full East Campus development.  It contains
pictures of the buildings as well as a detailed history of the architectural
