The question that was voted on was strictly concerning rezoning, the next
phases (preliminary plan of subdivisions and detailed site plan) are where
you get down into the nitty gritty details of issues like tree canopy
preservation.

I too am very saddened that this woods will be bulldozed.  "Earth First!
(Pave the other planets later)"

 

Did anything come of the request that they at least save the "trophy" trees?
(A lazy 'Control-F' search for "tree" in the PDF yielded no results, but
hearsay has mentioned it.)
