I'm also enjoying the various new products as well as "old favorites"; I'd imagine like any other new retail venture the owners will try new products/services and see what works or doesn't work.  I love the way it's built inside, too, with the open-type ceiling.  Rather old-fashioned looking and I mean that in the best possible way.

The store is fantastic and the selection so far is coming together very well.  My only question would be if they plan on providing some fresh fruit or vegetables in the future, that would be awesome as well!
