[RP TownTalk] Cable Re-Broadcast of Town Meetings

I have been out of town for the past several weeks.  Does anyone know if 
there is a schedule for when the Town re-broadcasts the public meetings 
that have been recently held.  I am looking at the Town's cable TV 
channel and it is not working (all you see is the letter   "t")   It is 
a shame that the Town collected over $64,000.00 last year for a Cable TV 
Franchise Fee from the residents of Riverdale Park and they can not 
properly maintain the Town's Public Access Cable TV Channel.
