[RP TownTalk] mulch

I found out that the town of College park will let you buy mulch and compost. They also deliver. Mulch is around $8 per cubic yard and compost is around $20.00 per cubic yard. The delivery charge per item is $25.00 or if you order both the fee is $25.00 for one truck and $17.00 for the second truck.
