[RP TownTalk] Redistricting/gambling

Goes without saying; however, the money prospects have been out there since there've been casinos, I'm just wondering why all of a sudden this year it's a MUST-DO on the agenda?  I have my own ideas, but my momma didn't raise a fool, and I'm not going to put them in print  (smile).
