1.                  Discussion of 4-11010 Riverdale Park Subdivision,
preliminary plan of       subdivision (Ward 3)

 

2.                  Permit to build a 6ft wood fence at 6125 43rd Street
Riverdale, MD            (Ward 1)

 

3.                  Farmers Market request to install a new LED sign at Beal
Circle

 

4.                  To adopt Ordinance 2012-OR-11, to amend the FY 13 Budget

 

5.                  Special Entertainment  Permit for Calvert House Inn

 

6.                  To approve a letter to Fern Piret, Prince George's
County Planning Director,          requesting a planning study of the
Kenilworth Avenue corridor

 

7.                  To approve and authorize the town administrator to sign
an MOU with the  City    of Hyattsville for purchase of salt 

 

8.                  To approve and authorize the town administrator to sign
an MOU with State of     Maryland regarding electronic fingerprinting

 

9.                  To move the December worksession date to December 17,
