[RP TownTalk] Voting - took 30 min at 11am - line almost to door

Judy took Edith to vote at 11 am.
The line to register was almost back to the door of the multipurpose room.
(Then another line to vote - about half as long as the registration line).
Total 30 minutes - in and out.
