[RP TownTalk] [RP Town Announce] Special Legislative Agenda

Friends and neighbors,

The agenda item for this special legislative session is actually NOT about
the Cafritz project but another one.

This is related to a property in Ward. 3 just east of 47th avenue and
immediately south of Longfellow--sometimes referred to as the Danner
project. The overall issue is subdividing a large lot that is zoned for
single family homes.  The specific issue that made me call a special
session is related to the storm water management plan for this property. In
order for us, Riverdale Park, to make sure that our official opinion enters
the official staff report on this property we need to act prior to the
regular legislative meeting at the first of the month.

I apologize for not catching the confusing wording for the agenda item
prior to its going out.
