Already overwhelmed by fall hectic and the upcoming Holidays?

Meditation Classes and Silent Retreat

When: Thursdays, October 4 - November 8, 2012 (6 weeks), 7 - 8 pm  

Saturday, November 10, 9 am - 4 pm (a 7-hour silent retreat)  
This will include 6 hours of yoga and various meditations, all done in 
silence.  A vegetarian lunch will be served.
