Since Justin Ross announced as a University of Maryland undergrad that his
life goal was to be a U.S. Senator, the ambitious and talented politico has
enjoyed a meteoric career, becoming Chief Deputy Majority Whip of the
Maryland House of Delegates in his 20s.  Was his unexpected resignation for
