[RP TownTalk] Verizon Phone

According to emails I get from Geppetto Catering, their phones were out 
Monday through Thursday. There were of course Verizon boom trucks on 
Queensbury, 4500 block, off and on all week.

Didn't keep the emails, but as I remember it was a general area problem 
caused by construction somewhere cutting a cable and the "rain/storm" 
last weekend.
