I just wanted to post a clarification on one item. At every Council meeting
there is opportunity for public comment on any issue. There does not need
to be an issue before the Council for a vote for the public to make a
comment on something. For example, if someone wanted speed humps on
Queensbury, it is entirely appropriate to come to a Council meeting and tell
us this - even if that subject did not exist on the agenda. It is entirely
more advantageous to speak about an issue before it is up for a vote than to
wait until the issue is being voted upon.

If it is not clear then please let this serve as a formal invitation to all
citizens to speak about any issue they may have at any meeting.
