[RP TownTalk] missing a dog?

saw a dog on the run this morning, around 9:20am, on E. Beale Cir.
small/medium all black hound-ish looking, i think young, might have had a
red collar or red tag.  seemed friendly but wouldn't come to me, too happy
running free!  took off down Queensbury towards town center.
