[RP TownTalk] Safeway enters race to open first yup-scale supermarket in region

Less than two years after ending its century-long presence in Hyattsville,
Safeway has decided to re-enter the emerging market with a two-story
supermarket with rooftop parking at Hyattsville's University Town Center.
 The "Lifestyle"-branded store will vie with Whole Foods, inching forward
with its Riverdale Park project, to open the first up-market grocery in the
