[RP TownTalk] Litter Pickup

As a new resident and someone who has helped setup trash pickup in my previous neighborhood. I would like to suggest that we start a bi-weekly or monthly community trash pickup. I can be responsible for sending out the reminders and coordinate with Town personnel. What this would require is commitment from each and every resident to curve out two hours of their Saturday morning to walk with other neighbors and pick up trash.
 
If the Town can provide litter pickers and trash bags, it doesn't cost us any monetary value but it gives us pride to say that our Town is clean and it deters criminals and others.  This is a great way for residents to build and create a strong community. I personally don't know many in town, but would love to be able to walk down the street and know more residents.

With the knowledge that the Town is divided by major roads, we can focus on different sections at a time, maybe starting with the afore mentioned bridge with tents.
