[RP TownTalk] Non-Religious Holiday Giving Tree

Does anyone know where there is a local, non-religious giving tree (Christmas tree with "ornaments" with gift wish lists for specific kids)? I know local governments and Boys and Girls clubs do this sometimes. Thanks!
