I sent the picture earlier, didn't have my reading glasses to write a
proper message, but Kitty's message below provides the detail.  Please
share this picture with folks in Riverdale, I think the owner lives near
47th street.

The lady in the photo found them as the owner was chasing them, the owner
couldn't keep up so this nice lady has been waiting outside for more than
two hours.  She actually works at College Park animal hospital and refuses
to leave until they are safe and secure. She says the pups will be taken to
the PG animal shelter shortly.

Please distribute the picture so their owner can be found.

A pair of large dogs one brown, one black both on leashes got loose this
morning from their owner. She is a small older woman and speaks mostly
Spanish.  We have the two dogs tied to the stop sign at 43rd and Sheridan
at present.  Does anyone know the owner or where she lives?  Possibly she
lives across Route 1.  The dogs do not have tags and are apparently not
licensed.  If you know her, please tell her to come back as both dogs are
secured and waiting for her.  If she does not come soon, animal control
will pick them up.  They appear good natured but rambunctious and too much
for one small older person.  thanks
