[RP TownTalk] MARC schedule revision effective Monday 1/14/13

Thanks, MARC for the advance warning. I just got an email announcing
this schedule revision effective tomorrow.

In any case, there's a new schedule for Camden Line trains serving our
town. The only one I see that looks like an important change is the
2nd train (850) from Union Station in the evening will now leave at
5:22 instead of 5:28.
